Connecticut Basketball Conference ("Connecticut Basketball") websites, mobile sites, applications, or services (www.ctbball.org) are operated by Connecticut Basketball and its affiliates.

Here at Connecticut Basketball, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the information we gather through our various programs and what we do with it, and the safeguards we have in place to protect it. Please note that this Policy applies only to information collected by Connecticut Basketball and/or www.ctbball.org and any of its predecessor sites or programs. It does not apply to any other information collected or obtained by any other youth basketball or sports league.
Please read this Policy for an explanation of how we will treat your personally identifiable information. By using any part of www.ctbball.org or participating in any Connecticut Basketball event or program, you consent to the collection and use of your personally identifiable information as outlined in this Policy and to the collection, processing, and maintenance of this information in the United States and, where applicable, other countries. Connecticut Basketball may utilize certain "Third-Party Providers," which are operated by third parties other than Connecticut Basketball. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
In registering children under the age of 13 for Connecticut Basketball games, programs, and events, or participating in Connecticut Basketball games, programs, or other events, parents and guardians may knowingly provide personally identifiable information regarding children under the age of 13, including but not limited to photographs depicting the likeness of children under the age of 13.
Please note that the Federal Trade Commission has implemented the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). The main goal of COPPA and its rule is to protect the privacy of children using the internet. Accordingly, children under the age of 13 may be restricted from participating in certain features and transactions on connecticutbasketballassociation.org.
Photos of Children Under 13
While Connecticut Basketball does post photos of children under the age of 13 who participate in its various games, events, and programs, it does not include a player's full name in any photo or caption, or post a photo where a nameplate is visible, unless a parent or guardian provides express consent to do so. Connecticut Basketball strongly encourages parents and guardians to follow these same guidelines on social media.
By using any part of www.ctbball.org or participating in any Connecticut Basketball event or program, parents and guardians consent to the collection and use of photographs depicting children under the age of 13.
