18th Annual Connecticut Basketball Conference 2025 TURKEY SHOOT (Nov. 29th-30th) !
All Connecticut Basketball tournaments are played in the same "high school" or "college" format. Four teams are placed in a bracket and the team that wins both games is declared the Champion. The only difference is that teams play the tournament in one session. Teams play--sit--and then play again in Championship (or consolation games). See below for detais. All Connecticut Basketball tournaments are qualifiers for the New England Championships in Tiverton, Rhode Island on March 20th-22nd. (Note, there are only two ways to qualify for the New England Championships:
(i) Advance to your Championship Game in the our League's Season End Playoffs (available only to CTBBALL regular season teams); or
(ii) Advance to your Championship Game in one of our Tournaments.

Tournament Format
This tournament is played as follows:
- Teams are placed in four team brackets.
- Like a Holiday-Style high school or college tourney, the winners of the first two games play each other in the Championship game. The two losing teams play each other in the Consolation game.
- Most brackets particularly for those teams that are traveling long distances will be played on the same day in a two to three hour time-period.
The fee for the two games is $225 (You will be billed after registering.) Note: As with all Connecticut Basketball travel play: all players from any Club or team must be from the same town and grade appropriate.
Games will be played across the state but key sites include, Vale Co-Op (Berlin), and Connecticut Sports Center (Woodbridge).
Bracket assignments will be done to minimize travel.
