Open ctbball.org/app in your phone’s own web browser: Safari on an iPhone, Chrome on Android.

If you tapped a link inside Gmail, Facebook, Instagram or a text message, the page opens inside that app, and you will not find the Share button. Open it in Safari or Chrome first.

1. In Safari, go to ctbball.org/app.
2. Tap the Share button, a square with an arrow pointing up. On newer iPhones, tap ••• at the bottom right first, then Share.
3. Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen. If you don’t see it, tap View More.
4. Tap Add at the top right. If you see Open as Web App, leave it switched on.

Look at the bottom of the screen. Tap once near the bottom if the bar is hidden.

Using Chrome on an iPhone? Tap the Share button at the right of the address bar, then Add to Home Screen.

1. In Chrome, go to ctbball.org/app.
2. Tap the menu ⋮, the three dots at the top right.
3. Tap Add to home screen or Install app.
4. Tap Install or Add to confirm.

Samsung Internet: tap the menu at the bottom right, then Add page to, then Home screen.

Either way, the CTBBALL shield appears on your home screen. Tap it to open the App.

1. Type the email address your Club gave the League at registration.
2. We email you a six-digit code. There is no password.
3. Type the code in straight away. Each code works once, for 15 minutes.

On an iPhone, the home-screen icon may ask you to sign in once more the first time you open it. That is normal.

I can’t find the Share button.
You are probably inside another app’s browser. Open ctbball.org/app in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android).

“That code has expired.”
Ask for a new code and use the newest email. Type it in as soon as it arrives.

“The League does not have that email.”
Use the address your Club registered with, or ask your Club President which one the League has.

No code arrived.
Check your spam or promotions folder for “Your CTBBALL sign-in code”.
